About Xiaoxiao

Originally from China and living in Ireland for over 25 years, Xiaoxiao operates at the intersection of both cultures — advising founders on sourcing, market entry, and commercial feasibility within China.

She is the 2026 President of Network Ireland Kildare Branch, part of a national organisation supporting women in business across Ireland.

Xiaoxiao has led sourcing visits, negotiated directly with manufacturers, and supported brands assessing market entry into China.

Her role during this programme is practical and structured:

  • To provide in-market context

  • To support supplier and ecosystem evaluation

  • To guide participants in assessing feasibility and next steps
