Xiaoxiao Mulhall

Xiaoxiao Mulhall is a Chinese-born entrepreneur based in Ireland for over 25 years. She founded Sinoventures to help Irish and European brands make clearer, safer and more commercially realistic decisions before entering China.
With a background in technology, consulting and international business, Xiaoxiao brings both strategic thinking and practical China-side judgement to brands exploring the Chinese market. She has led sourcing visits, trade missions and direct manufacturer negotiations, and has supported brands assessing market entry into China.
Her work focuses on helping companies understand what needs to be protected, checked and prepared before committing money, stock or reputation to China — from Chinese name and brand protection to partner validation, market exposure and selected launch partnerships.
Xiaoxiao holds an Executive MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and is President of Network Ireland Kildare 2026. Through Sinoventures, she works with founders, leadership teams and commercial partners who want to approach China with clarity, confidence and the right first steps.
